Internal Regulation H21 Guest House 

Article 1. CONTRACT
All guests, by the fact of engaging into the lodging and service of the Guest House, accept this regulation to which they are subject to, considering it as the Service Contract that they must comply with and follow. The Guest House reserves the right of admission.


Article 2. REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE GUEST
The guest is obligated to register by personally filling out the registration card or sheet established by this agreement, or by registering in the guest registration book. When guests that belong to a group that has paid in advance, the representative of the group will fill out registration cards or provide qualifying lists. The company will deny accommodation to the guest who does not comply with this requirement and is empowered to demand, if it deems it appropriate, the identification of the guest, as well as the people who accompany them. The charge of the room will be generated at the time of delivery of it and according to the agreed amount.


Article 3. LODGING TIME
The guest, in accordance with the company, will specify on the registration card the number of days that he will be staying at the Guest House. The period of time in the accommodation contract is considered to be the time of a day, which expiration is set at 12:00 P.M., with a maximum of 60 minutes of tolerance counted from the departure time of each day. The first day of accommodation is understood to have been completed within the indicated time when the occupation of the room takes effect at six in the morning. When the duration of the accommodation has not been set on the registration card, the accommodation contracted for a single day will be understood and stays for longer periods will be considered as implicit and voluntary extensions of twenty-four hours each time, and the Guest House may terminate or suspend the accommodation due to the guest's absence for more than twenty-four hours with or without prior notice to the guest. 


Article 4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST

A. PAYMENT OF FEES IS OBLIGATION OF THE GUEST
Punctually settle the amount of the agreement, when required by the company. The guest who, on the day of his departure, vacates the room after 6:00 P.M. established in the previous article, is obliged to pay the price of accommodation corresponding to another day. The lack of payment by the guest when required to do so causes the termination of the hosting service. The charge of the room is generated at the time of delivery and the agreed amount is charged.


B. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN FOR GUESTS TO:

  • Make annoying noises, provoke altercations, play loud music, enter with pets and in general any act that disturbs or bothers other guests.
  • Smoking any type of product related to tobacco or marijuana and / or consuming any type of narcotic within the facilities of the Guest House.
  • Introducing any type of firearm to the facilities of the Guest House.
  • Using the rooms for gambling prohibited by law or holding meetings or parties that disturb public order or contravene the laws or regulations in force.
  • Use electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in your room for purposes other than those for which they are intended. As well as, the use of electrical devices that pose a risk to the facilities, will be the responsibility of the guest.
  • Deteriorate the furniture, decoration or property of the establishment, vandalizing the items owned by the Guest House will be subject to the amount of the repair and will be charged.
  • Perform acts that cause damage or harm to the Guest House and / or other guests or are acting contrary to social behavior.
  • Make use of the room facilities for purposes other than lodging, such as filming, photography with semi-professional or professional equipment or commercial activities for profit, etc. 


Article 5. ADDITIONAL PEOPLE IN THE ROOM
Guests will not be able to accommodate people other than those registered in their rooms, and in any case, they must give prior notice to the administration for the people who originally did not register, generating an additional charge for each person not registered. In no case may the number of people staying in each room be greater than the capacity assigned by the company.


Article 6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST HOUSE
In the presentation of its hosting services, it undertakes to comply with what is expressly agreed upon, in accordance with the nature of the accommodation and the rules attached, to the use and practice existing in this place and to what the applicable laws and regulations order.


Article 7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GUEST HOUSE
The Guest House is only liable for the losses that the guest may suffer in money and values that the guests constitute in deposit in the safe deposit box reported to the administration, not being so for the values or money protected in the safe within the room assigned by the Guest House.


Article 8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The Guest House prohibits access to rooms occupied by guests to persons who have not been previously and expressly authorized by the client. Assuming that the guest authorizes access to the staff of the Guest House for cleaning and maintenance purposes. And in any case reserves the right not to allow visits from other people to the room. 


Article 9. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

 The Guest House is not responsible for the services provided by third parties, other than those related to the accommodation service, for which it is not responsible for the service itself and for the price (babysitting services, secretary, doctor, taxis, spa, as well as food and beverage services, and others).


Article 10. FOUNDATIONS
This regulation is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the federal tourism law in force and the provisions of the regulations of said law, and in accordance with the provisions of NOM-10-tur-
2001, its compliance being mandatory both for the Guest House as well as for the guests.
