Cancelation Policies

Cancellation 20 days before the arrival date – No cost*

Cancellation between day 19 to day 5 before arrival date - Partial Charge - 50% of the value of the stay*

Cancellation 4 days before arrival date - Total Charge – 100% of the value of the stay*

Penalties: in case of a cancellation between the 19th to the 5th day before the arrival date, a charge of 50% of the value of the stay would be made to the Credit Card as guarantee. If the payment was made in advance by Electronic Transfer, Cash, Web Page or Secure Payment Link, the refund equivalent to 50% of the value of the stay will be made.

In case of a cancellation between 4 days before the date of arrival or there is a "no show", a charge of 100% of the value of the stay will be made to the Credit Card as guarantee. If the payment was made in advance by Electronic Transfer, Cash or Website, no refund would be made.

*For any case of refund (if applicable), they would be made discounting costs or bank commissions, corresponding to 7%.

• Check-in time: 15:00 hrs.

• Departure time (check-out): 12:00 hrs.

• When the reservation is made on the page https://h21.mx/, by phone, WhatsApp or email, the total charge of the stay will be made. This payment can be made through a secure payment link or bank transfer immediately when booking, in this way the reservation is guaranteed. * Consult cancellation policies

• In case of making the payment of the reservation on the day of check-in, in order to guarantee the reservation, we require a Credit Card to which a validation is made for the equivalent of 1 US dollar ($1 USD). The total charge for the stay is made upon arrival of the guest; or you can make a Wire Transfer or Cash payment.

• The charge per additional person is:

0-3 years old, no cost

4-12 years old, $500.00 MXN

13 years of age and older, $700.00 MXN

• Published rates correspond to lodging services, they do not include food or drinks.

• Your room is guaranteed for “late check-in”.

• Late check-out (after 12:00 noon and before 1:00 pm) will incur an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate. If the departure is after 13:00 hrs. The charge would be made for 100% of the rate.

• Requests for "early check-in" and/or "late check-out" will be subject to availability and each of these generates an additional charge of 50% of the corresponding daily rate.

• All guests, without exception, must present an official identification to grant the room.

• Reservations for minors (18 years old) are not accepted.

• The access of minors must be accompanied by an adult who proves to have a family relationship with them.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parking is subject to availability.
